Stephanie and her husband, who have shared thirty years of marriage, made Newton County’s District 3 their home in 1998, settling in the tranquil Magnolia Manor Subdivision on Fairview Road. As a proud mother of four, Stephanie celebrates the fact that all four of her children graduated from Newton High School. Though Stephanie may not be a native to Newton County, she warmly embraces her honorary title as a Newton High School Ram.

Stephanie’s educational journey is a testament to her commitment to excellence. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Mercer University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Local Government. Further showcasing her dedication, Stephanie attended John Marshall Law School, where she remarkably completed her Juris Doctorate Degree in just two years. In 2000, after successfully passing the Georgia Bar Examination, Stephanie established her own law firm, The Lindsey Firm, P.C.

Stephanie’s love for Newton County extends beyond her professional pursuits. She has demonstrated her passion through two decades of philanthropic initiatives, dedicated board memberships, numerous civic accolades and awards, extensive volunteerism, mentorship, and pro bono legal work benefiting the entire community. Stephanie’s comprehensive dedication underscores her commitment to serving the people of District 3 and the greater Newton County area.
